Land Drainage [town]
Here at Chambers Excavation Services we specialise in land drainage and have a number of years experience in dealing with land drainage problems in [town] and [county]. Having a member of staff who worked at British water ways with the drainage problems on canals and reservoirs on a daily basis gives us that extra bit of knowledge.
There are a number of techniques that can now be used with new products being produced all the time to make it easier to deal with any drainage problem you may have. At chambers we are fully aware of the planning permission regulations for impermeable surfaces ( this means surfaces that allow the water to run off and not soak away naturally) such as driveways. So If you have any drainage related issues please feel free to give Chambers a call.

2010 has proved to be a very successful year for Chambers, We have carried out numerous large scale Excavation and Groundwork project's through out the north west including; Manchester, Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Stockport and Bramhall. We are confident that 2011 will prove to be just as successful.
We have recently start a large scale development in Glossop Derbyshire. The works include the excavation and groundworks for 2 five bed detached houses. Being situated on an incline the development requires various retaining walls for structual purposes as well as trying to create a level plat form. Due to the site conditions a complex land drainage system needs to be installed in order to prevent any flooding to the properties.
Recently we were approached about installing a rain water harvister in Bramhall. The client wanted a number of land drains put in the garden due to ground conditions being heavy clay and to prevent the harvister pit from filling with water, which could cause the tank to rise when empty. We installed the land drains and an inspection chamber into a soak away, so that the client was in control if the soak away was to ever fill.
